What the tracker does
- Every credential in one list: RN and LPN/LVN licenses in any state, nurse aide certifications, BLS and other certifications, each with a countdown to its expiry date.
- Your state’s rule beside each license: the renewal cycle and date rule, CE hours, required CE topics and the renewal fee, for all 50 states and DC.
- A CE log that counts the hours inside your current renewal cycle and marks which required topics you have covered.
- The 24-month rule for aides: enter your last day of paid nursing work and the tracker shows the date a gap would require new training or a new competency evaluation (42 CFR 483.35(d)(6)).
- Reminders in your calendar 90, 30 and 7 days before each expiry, through a private calendar address. No emails, no app to install.
Questions
- Does it renew automatically?
- No. $19 buys 12 months. Two weeks before the end, your calendar shows a reminder, and you can buy another 12 months if you want them; any time left is added on.
- Does the tracker renew my license for me?
- No. You renew with your state board or certifying body. The tracker keeps the dates, the rules and your CE hours in one place and reminds you in time.
- Where do the state rules come from?
- From each state board of nursing’s own website and rules, read by our team. Boards change their rules, so the tracker links to the board and your license itself is the final word on your expiry date.
- How do the reminders work?
- You get a private calendar address to add to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. Reminders appear 90, 30 and 7 days before each expiry, and aides also get the 24-month work-gap date.
- What can I track?
- RN and LPN/LVN licenses in any state, nurse aide certifications, and any other certification, such as BLS, a phlebotomy or pharmacy technician certification, with its own expiry date and CE hours.
