By using Medical Career Center you agree to these terms. In short: the site gives general information from public sources, it is not professional advice, and official decisions belong to the boards, schools, and employers that make them.

What the information is
Medical Career Center publishes general information about US healthcare careers: pay and employment statistics, training programs, licensing and registry rules, and career guidance. The information comes from public sources described on the data methodology page, and it is provided for education and planning.
It is not legal, financial, medical, or career counseling advice for your situation. Pay figures are statistics for an occupation, not a promise of what any job will pay.
Licenses, registries, and programs
Only a state board or registry can confirm whether a license or certification is active. The site links to each board's official lookup, but it does not verify licenses and its pages are not a substitute for the board's record. Employers verifying a credential must use the official source.
Program listings show colleges that reported graduates to the federal IPEDS survey or programs on a state's approved list. A listing is not an endorsement and does not mean a program is accredited or approved for licensure in your state. Check with the school and your state board before enrolling.
Rules, fees, and requirements change. Confirm any requirement with the agency that sets it before you rely on it.
Accuracy and corrections
The site works to keep its information accurate and dated, but it may contain errors or be out of date. If you find an error, report it to [email protected]; the editorial policy explains how reports are handled.
Accounts
You may create an account to build resumes, save jobs, and apply to listings. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account. Give accurate information, and do not create an account for someone else without permission.
You keep ownership of the resumes and other content you add. You allow the site to store and display that content to you, and to send it to an employer when you apply to that employer's listing. You can delete your content or ask for your account to be deleted at any time; see the privacy policy.
Job listings and employers
Job listings are posted by or collected from third parties. The site does not employ, recruit for, or vouch for any employer, and it is not a party to any hiring decision. Verify a job and an employer before sharing sensitive information.
AI-generated suggestions
The resume builder can generate suggestions with an AI service. Suggestions may be wrong or unsuitable; review and edit anything before you use it. Do not submit information you would not want processed by a third-party AI service.
Using and citing the content
The underlying statistics are public government data. The site's text, tables, compilations, and design belong to Medical Career Center. You may quote short passages and cite figures with a link to the page they came from, and you may link to any page.
You may not copy the site wholesale, republish large parts of it, or collect its pages with automated tools in a way that burdens the site. Automated access must respect the site's robots.txt. For other uses, ask at [email protected].
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, to post false or harmful content, to impersonate anyone, to probe or interfere with the site's security, or to send spam through its forms. Accounts used this way may be closed.
Links to other websites
The site links to boards, registries, schools, government agencies, and other sites it does not control. Their content and policies are their own.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Medical Career Center is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any decision made or action taken in reliance on the site's information, including decisions about education, licensure, employment, or pay. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.

These terms may change. The current version is always on this page with its date, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
