Medical Career Center aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, so that everyone can read its data, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, or zoom.

What the site does
Text and interface colors are checked against the WCAG contrast minimums. Pages use headings in order, one main content area, and labeled navigation, so screen readers can move through them. Tables have header rows, and wide tables can be scrolled with the keyboard. Links are underlined in body text rather than marked by color alone. Pages reflow to a phone screen without sideways scrolling, and the site respects reduced-motion settings.
How it is tested
The main page templates were last tested on September 25, 2026, with automated WCAG checks (axe-core) at phone and desktop widths and with Lighthouse, which scored the tested templates 100 for accessibility. Automated tools do not catch every barrier, so reports from people using the site are especially useful.
Known limits
The job listings and the account pages (sign-in, dashboard, resume builder) use older templates and have not had the same review. Charts show figures that also appear in text or tables nearby; if a chart's figures are not available to you another way, report it.
